Terms of Use

You must be a U.S. resident age 18 or older who can enter a binding agreement. Keep your account information accurate and secure. Mapped is a candidate-side tool for your own one-to-one professional networking, not an employer, recruiting-agency, screening, scoring, or employment-decision service. Follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

Do not use Mapped for marketing, sales, lead generation, affiliate promotion, fundraising, employer campaigns, employment screening, purchased lists, or repeated unwanted contact. You are responsible for who you contact, what you send and why, and honoring requests to stop.

You own the content you provide. You let Mapped host, process, copy, and transmit it only as needed to provide and protect the service or meet legal obligations. You must have the right to provide that content, including any professional information you submit.

Professional information and AI suggestions may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and are not legal, career, or employment advice. You decide whether to use a suggestion and are responsible for actions taken through your account. Connected email, calendar, and other services remain subject to their providers' terms and privacy policies.

Pro is a monthly subscription that renews at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You are charged only after you review the total and authorize payment. The Pricing page lists current plans, and the subscription and refund policy covers taxes, cancellation, refunds, and chargebacks.

We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You can stop using Mapped and delete your account from account settings, but deletion cannot recall sent messages or remove information held by recipients or other third parties. The service may change or be interrupted, and we do not guarantee accurate information or a recruiting result. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

To the extent the law allows, Mapped is provided without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from your use of it. These Terms do not limit rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited. Iowa law governs these Terms, except where mandatory law where you live requires otherwise. Contact support to raise a dispute. Nothing here waives a nonwaivable consumer right or requires arbitration.

We may update these Terms and will ask you to accept them again when required. Email support@mpped.com with questions, and do not include passwords, sign-in codes, or sensitive information.
