Proposed governing-law jurisdiction: REPLACE BEFORE LAUNCH. These operator and jurisdiction fields are launch-blocking placeholders and do not represent a verified legal entity or address.
Eligibility and using mapped
You must be a U.S. resident age 18 or older, be able to enter a binding agreement, provide accurate account information, and keep your account secure. mapped is a candidate-side tool for your own one-to-one professional networking. It is not an employer, recruiting-agency, screening, scoring, or employment-decision service. Follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
Permitted purpose and outreach
Do not use mapped for marketing, sales, lead generation, affiliate promotion, fundraising, employer campaigns, employment screening, purchased lists, or repeated unwanted contact. You remain responsible for each person you contact, the purpose and content of each message, and honoring requests to stop.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you provide. You give mapped permission to host, process, copy, and transmit it only as needed to provide and protect the service or meet legal obligations. You must have the right to provide and use that content and any professional information you submit.
Professional information, AI, and integrations
Professional information and AI suggestions may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. They are not legal, career, or employment advice. Connected email, calendar, and other services remain subject to their providers' terms and privacy policies. You decide whether to use a suggestion and are responsible for actions taken through your account.
Plans, payment, tax, and refunds
Paid plans renew monthly at the price shown before purchase. The Pricing page summarizes the current offer. Pricing, taxes, cancellation timing, refunds, and chargeback handling are governed by the checkout disclosure and subscription and refund policy presented to you. Those final rules remain pending owner and counsel approval, so paid public launch remains blocked.
Access and availability
We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using mapped and start account deletion from account settings. Deletion cannot recall sent messages or remove information held by recipients or other third parties. The service may change or be interrupted and does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accurate information, or a recruiting result. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
Disclaimers, liability, and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, mapped is provided without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Mapped Labs, Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, missed opportunities, third-party actions, or service interruptions. These Terms do not limit rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited. Final dispute, venue, governing-law, warranty, and liability terms remain pending counsel approval and block public production.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as mapped or legal requirements change and will request renewed acceptance when required. Contact support@operator.invalid with a question about these Terms or your account. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes, or sensitive information.
