Monthly subscription

mapped offers a monthly auto-renewing paid plan. Before payment, checkout must show the price and currency, billing frequency, charge timing, automatic renewal, cancellation method and effective date, taxes, and the current refund terms immediately before the final action.

Renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews each month until canceled. You can request cancellation online from the Plan page. Checkout and the Plan page must state whether cancellation takes effect immediately or at the end of the paid period. The final cancellation timing and any same-medium or immediate-cancellation rule remain pending owner and counsel approval.

Refunds and disputes

No refund, credit, or chargeback outcome is promised by this pending policy. Account deletion does not itself promise or create a refund. Final refund eligibility, request deadlines, partial-period treatment, deletion treatment, exceptions, and dispute handling require owner and counsel approval before billing is enabled.

Taxes

Applicable taxes and whether displayed prices include or exclude tax depend on an approved state-by-state taxability and nexus determination. Billing must remain unavailable in any jurisdiction without an approved decision and required registration.

Confirmations, reminders, and changes

A durable confirmation must include the material renewal terms, transaction details, cancellation instructions, and operator contact. Annual reminders and notices of material price or term changes will be sent where the approved state matrix requires them. That matrix and delivery evidence remain launch blockers.

Operator and contact

The subscription operator is Mapped Labs, Inc.. Contact support@operator.invalid with a billing question. These are launch-placeholder identity and contact fields and are not represented as verified or monitored while the central operator identity remains marked as placeholder data.
